Product Training
Information Mosaic’s training program combines theory and hands-on practice to help customers develop the skills and knowledge required to ensure the optimal performance of our solutions. Business analysts, IT staff, back-office managers, custodians, asset managers, brokers as well as operations and maintenance professionals can benefit from the coursework delivered by product experts.
Information Mosaic’s training activities include:
- Defining a training plan according to the organization’s specific needs
- Establishing an in-house training capability (train-the-trainer)
- Assessing training effectiveness
- Product and trainer certification
Training Material
Delegates receive a course manual containing presentation slides with notes pages offering tips and tricks, background information and site-specific configuration. The manual also includes a comprehensive workbook of exercises with answers and solution-specific quick reference guides. A glossary of product-specific terminology is available on request.
Product Certification Program
Customers have the opportunity to certify their employees to use Information Mosaic solutions. To gain certification, participants must attend the relevant training course(s) and pass an exam after each topic. A Skill Matrix can be used in conjunction with the product certification to determine and build the skill set required by each department in your organization, and customised exams can be developed on request. To maintain certification, participants must grade complete delta/uptraining sessions on an ongoing basis, which cover new releases and products.
Train-the-Trainer Program
The Train-the-Trainer program is an essential part of our overall training strategy. It ensures that in-house trainers are equipped with the necessary skills to prepare, deliver and evaluate Information Mosaic product training. We regularly deliver Train-the-Trainer courses, which are specifically focused on the needs of Information Mosaic Certified Trainers, and can be customized to suit each company’s specific requirements. These courses are designed to pass on the key training skills required to be an effective Information Mosaic Certified Trainer.
Training Locations
Private training courses can be held onsite.
Open Public Training Course are available at our Information Mosaic Training Center in Dublin, Ireland. Here participants have the opportunity to interact and exchange experiences with other professionals in the industry as well as Information Mosaic employees.
Courses can also be delivered via WebEx as and when requested.
