The mission of The Corporate Actions Division of SIFMA is to improve business practice and quality of service in the field of Corporate Actions processing, foster efficient operations, and where applicable, encourage uniformity of practice.  A non-profit organization since 1968 serving all sectors of the financial industry, its membership includes 165 member Firms and over 500 members.
