Ciaran Mc Nally – CFO
Ciaran Mc Nally is the Chief Financial Officer of Information Mosaic. Ciaran joined Information Mosaic in 2006 from Datalex Plc where he was CFO. Ciaran had 10 years experience with Datalex and would have gained extensive knowledge leading the finance team through 11 acquisitions, an IPO on Nasdaq and the Irish Stock Exchange and two major restructurings. Prior to Datalex he worked as a Chartered accountant with Oliver Freaney and company.
Declan Costello – CTO
Declan joined Information Mosaic in 2006 and has overall responsibility for product activity at Information Mosaic. Declan has degrees in Computer Science and Technology Management. Previous to Information Mosaic, he worked at Eontec as VP Product Engineering, where he was responsible for all product R&D activities. Siebel Systems acquired Eontec in 2004, Declan worked at Siebel Systems as Executive Director of Engineering with R&D responsibility for all Siebel Systems financial services applications.
Ivar Eilertsen – Director of Americas
Ivar Eilertsen is the Director of the Americas and a senior advisor to Information Mosaic’s executive management team and its board. He has a well established track record in financial services identifying, exploring and executing on new business opportunities as well as running stand-alone companies and business units. In addition, he has extensive knowledge of front and back office operations on both the buy and sell side, market data provision and transaction processing
Ken Hartlage – Director of Asia Pacific
Ken Hartlage is Director of Asia Pacific and a member of Information Mosaic's executive team. Ken has extensive experience in the investment services industry, having held senior positions at both Brown Brothers Harriman and JP Morgan, where he focused on strategic client solutions and product development.
Grace O Donnell – Deputy CEO
Grace O’Donnell is responsible for the growth in sales revenue from 2002 to date at Information Mosaic. As head of sales, Grace has been responsible for all early converg-e™ and cama ™ deals and for Information Mosaic’s successful entry into the Scandinavian, Benelux and Southern European markets. Today Grace is responsible for all European sales and marketing within Information Mosaic and manages all European sales, sales support and marketing teams. Grace has been with Information Mosaic since 2000 and prior to this Grace has held a number of management positions at a leading IT consultancy firm.
Manmohan Singh - Global Head of Product Leadership, Country Head - India Operations
Manmohan Singh is Global Head of Product Leadership and India Operations and an executive board member at Information Mosaic, the global provider of post-trade automation solutions for the securities and investment services industries. He has over 13 years’ experience in the capital markets industry, specialising in delivering complex asset servicing solutions for large custodians and working with custodian banks, broker/dealers and asset managers across the globe. Manmohan is an active member of the capital markets community and a regular speaker at industry events.
