Carl Sundvik – Non Executive Chairman
Carl Sundvik is retired from SEB and held a position as Executive Vice President. In his last position he was reporting directly to the independent Strategic Investments Board of SEB. SEB Strategic Investments managed the strategic minority investments of the SEB Group. SEB is one of the largest financial groups in Northern Europe. Carl Sundvik has been with SEB since 1972 and has held a number of senior positions. He has been Managing Director of SEB's mortgage bank, its internet bank and telephone banking operations. He has also been head of SEB's international division, its group staff functions, international and domestic payments among other areas. Carl Sundvik is presently on the board of several private companies, investment funds and trusts in Europe and USA and has been a director of Information Mosaic since December 2000
John Byrne – CEO
John Byrne has over 20 years experience in the IT industry, co-founding one of Ireland’s first university campus companies in 1985 directly after graduating as an electronic engineer. He helped build up this company to be a European leader in its field in the power automation sector and successfully sold out of this business in 1995. He founded Information Mosaic in 1997 to develop Internet applications in the Capital Markets sector.
Patrick Sweeney – Non Executive
Patrick Sweeney is a technology industry veteran with more than 30 years general management experience in the IT sector globally. He is currently a private investor, consultant and board member to a wide range of companies both public and private. Most recently, he was CEO and President of Hadco Corporation (NYSE:HDC), one of the worlds largest manufacturers of electronic interconnect components. He has previously been COO & Senior VP International of WANG Laboratories Inc, and Senior Vice President of Digital Equipment Corporation. He is currently Chairman, Board member or advisory Board member of a number of public and private companies. He has formerly been a board member of The Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, The New England Council and the Advisory Board of Johnson & Johnson.
Peter Murray – Non Executive
Peter Murray is a non-executive director of several public and private companies both in Ireland and overseas and acts as a business consultant and investor in a range of developing businesses. He has been a director of Information Mosaic since December 2000.
Frank Kelcz – Non Executive
Frank Kelcz is a senior investment manager focussed on Media-Technology businesses for SEB Venture Capital, London. Prior to joining SEB Frank worked in media and media-technology companies most recently as an active angel investor in a series of start-ups in Europe and the United States. He was also a consultant for Pitango Venture Capital (Israel) and VNU publishing among others. He set up and launched publishing companies in France, Germany, Italy and the UK and was responsible for establishing Ziff-Davis in Europe. He held senior positions at Bertelsmann-G&J (Hamburg & New York) and ACE Electronics Publications (Brussels-Milan-Paris-London). He had a year as Marketing Director for the MIDEM organization and another as president of Entertainment Systems International – an early online service for the music business in 1985.
Grace O Donnell – Executive
Grace O’Donnell is responsible for the growth in sales revenue from 2002 to date at Information Mosaic. As head of sales, Grace has been responsible for all early converg-e™ and cama ™ deals and for Information Mosaic’s successful entry into the Scandinavian, Benelux and Southern European markets. Today Grace is responsible for all European sales and marketing within Information Mosaic and manages all European sales, sales support and marketing teams. Grace has been with Information Mosaic since 2000 and prior to this Grace has held a number of management positions at a leading IT consultancy firm.
