Information Mosaic’s ASP service delivers cama™ and converg-e™ to our customers through an outsourced computing center. With this offering, customers have complete confidence in the service levels, scalability and security surrounding the hosting and delivery of the company’s award winning applications. We utilize our own hosting facilities and industry recognized hosting partners, as well as ISO17799 aligned security procedures and ITIL / ISO20000 aligned service delivery processes, to support the entire implementation lifecycle.
Security compliance is fully addressed and managed on an ongoing basis. Confidentiality, integrity, availability and accountability are assured through resilient architectures; industry recognized monitoring and incident handling systems, strict physical and logical controls and a 24x7x365 command center.
Information Mosaic’s ASP operations are hosted within Clearstream’s Outsourced Computing Center, located in Luxembourg. Managed through a formal service level agreement, Clearstream is responsible for physical security at the data center and back up site located in a second facility in Luxembourg. Clearstream also provides firewalls in the managed infrastructure and valuable advice pertaining to security.
Dedicated Information Mosaic service delivery professionals cover clients’ service requirements through a direct interface to their central support function, ensuring rapid resolution of incidents.
The Information Mosaic ASP service provides commercial benefits through its license and infrastructure rental model. Clients also enjoy a lower total cost of ownership, while maintaining flexibility and scalability to meet their future requirements. Information Mosaic’s service is SAS 70 compliant.
